**collada-dae-parser** is an npm library (and CLI tool) that reads COLLADA (.dae) 3‑D model files and converts their geometry, texture coordinates, normals, joint hierarchy and skeletal animation data into a compact JSON format suitable for WebGL rendering. It targets web developers and game creators who need to import and animate COLLADA assets in browser‑based graphics applications, providing the raw data while leaving the actual animation system to be implemented separately.
