DTS ApiGen is a beta‑stage CLI and library that reads JavaScript (or TypeScript) source files annotated with JSDoc and automatically generates corresponding `.d.ts` declaration files, bundled typings, or markdown API docs. It targets library authors and developers who want type definitions and documentation for JS projects without manually writing TypeScript declaration files.
