FiveBeans is a Node‑js library that provides a full‑featured client for the beanstalkd queue server, plus a higher‑level worker framework and a daemon runner. It lets developers easily produce, reserve and manage jobs, define JSON‑based job handlers, and run those handlers as long‑lived workers (or as a service) – targeting anyone building background processing or job‑queue systems with beanstalkd in Node.js.
