The Segmentation Viewer is a Girder plugin designed to visualize segmentations within Girder items. It is intended for users working with medical imaging or similar data who need to compare and analyze segmentation files. The project is currently under development, with features like comparing differences between segmentations and ensuring file extension compatibility in progress.
