This project provides MRI visualization tools that display NIfTI format medical imaging data in both 2D multi-slice and 3D volume views with interactive mouse navigation. It was developed as a university project for biomedical image visualization at Peking University, using libraries like AMI Medical Imaging Toolkit and three.js to render MRI scans in web browsers. The tool is designed for medical professionals, researchers, and students working with MRI data who need an accessible way to view and interact with neuroimaging files.
