Nightscout is a web-based Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) that allows caregivers to remotely view a patient's glucose data in real time, displaying it graphically and predicting blood glucose values 30 minutes ahead. It's designed for diabetes patients and their caregivers to monitor glucose levels, generate alarms for high and low values, and manage treatments through an intuitive web interface.
