grunt‑embed is a Grunt plugin that automatically inlines small external JavaScript and CSS files directly into HTML—turning `<script src="…">` and `<link rel="stylesheet" href="…">` tags into embedded `<script>` and `<style>` blocks when the resources are below a configurable size (default 5 KB). It’s aimed at front‑end developers who use Grunt and want to reduce HTTP requests for tiny, critical assets (e.g., Modernizr or other head scripts) to improve page load performance.
