Constable is a command-line tool that automatically updates your project's dependencies managed by Bower to their latest versions. It’s designed for developers still using Bower in their projects who want an easy way to keep their dependencies current. Users install it globally via npm and then run it within their Bower project directory to update the `bower.json` file.
