CEM Tools is a suite of utilities that work with the Custom Elements Manifest to improve the developer experience for web‑component authors. It provides plugins and generators for tasks such as custom JSDoc tags, deprecation handling, inheritance mapping, type expansion, lazy‑loading, and framework‑specific integrations (React, Vue, Svelte, Solid, JSX, JetBrains IDEs, VS Code). The project is aimed at developers building or consuming custom elements who want automated tooling and type support across popular JavaScript frameworks and editors.
