Font Face Observer is a tiny (≈3 KB) JavaScript library that lets developers monitor when @font‑face webfonts finish loading by returning a Promise that resolves on success and rejects on failure. It works with any font source (Google Fonts, Typekit, self‑hosted, etc.), requires no changes to how fonts are loaded, and is aimed at front‑end developers who need a lightweight, cross‑browser solution to avoid flash‑of‑unstyled‑text and to synchronize UI changes with font availability.
