The **firmware‑ci** repository provides a small TypeScript library that abstracts access to a physical nRF9160 board for continuous‑integration testing. It offers helper functions (e.g., opening a serial connection and flashing AT‑client firmware and cloud credentials) which are used by the AWS and Azure firmware‑CI runners to run end‑to‑end tests on real hardware. It’s aimed at developers and CI pipelines that need automated testing of nRF9160‑based IoT firmware.
