Clee is a TypeScript library for creating CLI applications, heavily inspired by commander.js. It provides an easy-to-use, modular framework for building reusable commands that can be used both as CLI programs and as functions in your code, complete with built-in parsers, formatters, and support for arguments, options, and subcommands.
