This project provides a TypeScript/JavaScript library for integrating Open-Meteo weather data with Mapbox and MapLibre GL JS through a custom `om://` protocol. It enables developers to easily add weather visualizations like temperature, precipitation, and wind data to maps by handling the protocol and rendering of `.om` files hosted on S3. The library is aimed at web developers building weather-aware mapping applications who want to leverage Open-Meteo's weather data in a Mapbox-compatible format.
