This project provides a rendering function for a TodoMVC application using the virtual-dom library. It takes a `Todos` object with todo items and callback functions (add, remove, mark, clearCompleted) and generates a virtual DOM tree for display. This is intended for developers who are building applications with virtual-dom and need a pre-built rendering solution for a Todo list.
