`snap‑shot` is a tiny library that brings Jest‑style snapshot testing to any JavaScript test runner (Mocha, Jasmine, Ava, Jest, etc.). It automatically determines the surrounding test name, saves the received values as JSON snapshots, and even supports data‑driven testing, making it useful for developers who want lightweight, framework‑agnostic snapshot assertions without pulling in the whole Jest ecosystem.
