RESP is an application designed for first responders to help reconnect loved ones after natural disasters by facilitating survivor check-ins and family reunification. The app allows survivors to be interviewed, tracked, and matched with family members or friends, aiming to minimize psychological trauma and foster community mental wellness. Built with React, MongoDB Stitch, and IBM Cloud, it supports offline functionality and is currently hosted on Bluemix.
