Event-kit is a simple library for implementing and consuming evented APIs in JavaScript. It provides an Emitter class to create event subscription APIs, allowing objects to emit events and register callbacks to be invoked when those events occur. The library also includes Disposable and CompositeDisposable classes to manage event subscriptions and unsubscribe from multiple events at once.
