**CSS‑color** is a JavaScript library that parses, resolves and converts any CSS color syntax (including modern CSS Color 4 functions) into computed values, specified strings, hex, or numeric representations in many color spaces (RGB, HSL, HWB, Lab, LCH, Oklab, XYZ, etc.). It is aimed at web developers and tooling authors who need reliable color handling—e.g., for design systems, CSS preprocessors, or UI libraries.
