gulp‑diff is a small Gulp plugin that compares files passing through a stream with a target (or their original source) and reports any differences. It’s aimed at developers who use Gulp (especially Gulp 4.x) for build tasks—such as code‑formatting or linting—and need an easy way to fail or log when files would be changed.
