This project provides a customizable radar visualization tool based on d3.js v7, designed to help engineering teams visualize and align on technology choices. It generates interactive tech radars with configurable quadrants, rings, and entries, automatically positioning elements to avoid overlap. The tool is ideal for organizations looking to create and maintain their own technology radars, similar to Zalando's public Tech Radar.
