ReURL is a lightweight JavaScript library for parsing, manipulating, normalizing and resolving URLs in strict accordance with the WHAT‑WG URL Standard. It provides immutable `Url` (percent‑decoded) and `RawUrl` (percent‑preserving) classes with a rich API for component access, immutable updates, percent‑encoding/decoding, and both RFC‑3986 and WHAT‑WG reference‑resolution, making it ideal for developers who need reliable, spec‑compliant URL handling (e.g., in Node.js or browser builds).
