INACTIVE - HTTP Holder-Of-Key Authentication Scheme
Hawk-2976 is an inactive HTTP authentication scheme that uses a message authentication code (MAC) algorithm to provide partial cryptographic verification of HTTP requests. It is designed for services that cannot deploy TLS for all resources and need to secure credentials against leakage. Hawk is intended for developers building web services that require lightweight authentication without full TLS encryption.
