generic‑middleware is a tiny, dependency‑free library that lets you build an Express‑style middleware stack for *any* kind of function pipeline—not just HTTP servers. Developers can attach, reorder (with useBefore/useAfter), and auto‑detect error handlers, then invoke the stack with arbitrary arguments, making it useful for both back‑end (e.g., Node HTTP) and front‑end JavaScript projects.
