This project is a deprecated custom web component for rendering date and time in a user's locale, now replaced by the `@anypoint-web-components/awc` module. It was part of the API components ecosystem and designed for developers working with HTML or Polymer 3 to display formatted dates and times. The component allowed customization of date and time formats via attributes like `year`, `month`, `day`, `hour`, `minute`, and `second`.
