This utility enables creating a JavaScript `File` object from a local file system path when using Node.js in conjunction with a frontend client. It bridges the gap between Node's `fs` module and the browser's `File` object by providing a `LocalFileData` constructor for Node and a `constructFileFromLocalFileData` function for the browser. This is particularly useful for Electron applications that need to process files in the main thread and send them to the renderer thread for further handling or upload.
