emb-graph is a desktop proof-of-concept application built with Electron, React, and TypeScript that visualizes Markdown note collections using embedding similarity. It enables users to explore semantic relationships between documents through global and local graphs, with features like title-weighted embeddings, pre-clustering, and k-NN graph construction for noise reduction. The tool supports both OpenAI Embeddings API and local TF-IDF providers, includes an embedding cache system, and allows users to double-click nodes to open corresponding Markdown files in their default editor.
